Penetration Tester – Cybersecurity Specialist

About the role

We are looking for experienced Penetration Testers to join our international Security Lab in Abu Dhabi. You will deliver comprehensive security assessment services for enterprise clients while researching the latest attack techniques and cybersecurity technologies.

Key responsibilities

• Perform end‑to‑end cybersecurity services, including penetration testing, vulnerability assessments, red‑team simulations and incident response.
• Research emerging threats and offensive techniques across cloud, web, mobile, Active Directory, malware analysis and source‑code auditing.
• Produce clear, professional assessment reports with actionable recommendations.
• Collaborate with internal teams and customers to improve overall security posture.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Security or related field, or equivalent hands‑on experience.
• Strong understanding of TCP/IP, operating systems and networking.
• Industry certifications such as OSCP, CREST, CEH, CISSP, GIAC or GSEC are highly preferred.
• Hands‑on experience with security tools and scripting languages.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Relevant experience in penetration testing or offensive cybersecurity.
