People and Culture Executive

About the role

We are looking for a People and Culture Executive to lead HR operations at Rixos Marina Abu Dhabi. The role will ensure compliance with policies and labour laws while driving a positive work environment that supports our hospitality brand.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee the design, administration and communication of compensation and benefits programs, ensuring competitive and fair pay.
• Develop and manage performance appraisal systems, mid‑year reviews and succession planning.
• Utilise HR metrics and analytics to prepare regular reports for the executive team and improve processes.
• Handle employee relations issues, provide conflict resolution and ensure compliance with labour regulations.
• Promote an inclusive, high‑performance culture through engagement programmes, surveys and feedback sessions.
• Support talent acquisition, onboarding and retention strategies to attract and keep top talent.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field.
• Proven experience in HR operations with strong strategic thinking and ability to drive cultural change.
