People & Culture Intern

About the role

Join the People & Culture team at 25hours Hotel One Central in Dubai, supporting HR operations and employee experience in a vibrant hospitality environment.

Key responsibilities

• Assist with administration and maintenance of employee records, personnel files, and HR documentation.
• Support recruitment activities, including posting vacancies, screening applications, coordinating interviews, and communicating with candidates.
• Help with onboarding, orientation, and preparation of required documents for new colleagues.
• Contribute to employee engagement initiatives, internal events, and recognition programs.
• Prepare HR communications, presentations, reports, and other departmental materials.
• Coordinate training sessions, learning activities, and development programs.
• Monitor and organize documentation related to attendance, leave, probation, and other HR processes.
• Assist with employee welfare projects and preparation of HR reports and trackers.

Required profile

• Currently enrolled in or recent graduate of Human Resources Management, Business Administration, Psychology, Hospitality Management, or a related field.
• Strong interest in HR and People & Culture operations with good verbal and written English communication skills.
• Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and ability to work effectively within a team.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
