People Operations Specialist – MENA (Hybrid, Dubai)

About the role

M&C Saatchi Group is looking for a proactive, data‑driven People Operations Specialist to support the MENA region from Dubai. The role works within a global specialist team, collaborating with regional partners across APAC, Europe and the Americas.

Key responsibilities

• Support consistent service delivery across the employee lifecycle and coordinate upskilling sessions for managers.
• Partner with the Head of Global People Operations to audit and improve processes, policies and systems for the MENA region.
• Act as a tier‑2/3 escalation point for complex People Operations queries, driving issue resolution and knowledge‑base enhancements.
• Coordinate global employment, talent transfers, visa compliance and relocation processes with external vendors.
• Produce accurate People data and insights for local and global audiences, and champion Workday adoption across the region.
• Manage monthly payroll submissions, liaise with payroll providers and ensure compliance with payroll legislation.

Required profile

• Demonstrated experience delivering People Operations support in complex, multi‑country environments.
• Project coordination experience with multi‑stakeholder initiatives.
• Working knowledge of UAE employment and immigration regulations.
• Strong multitasking, organisational and stakeholder‑collaboration skills.
• Service‑oriented mindset with a focus on continuous improvement.
• Analytical ability to work with data and produce clear reporting.
