People & Organisation Business Partner

About the role

The People & Organisation Business Partner acts as a strategic HR advisor to business leaders, supporting employee relations, performance management, workforce planning, and Emiratisation initiatives. The role ensures alignment of people strategies with business objectives and drives a high‑performing, engaged workforce.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with business leaders to align people strategies, workforce plans and organisational priorities.
• Manage employee relations matters, coach managers and ensure compliance with employment policies.
• Lead the performance management cycle, including goal setting, reviews, calibration and improvement initiatives.
• Drive employee engagement, wellbeing, diversity, equity, inclusion and internal communications.
• Support talent management activities such as succession planning, talent reviews and career development.
• Collaborate on workforce planning, recruitment and Emiratisation efforts.
• Analyse people metrics to provide insights and support decision‑making.
• Promote organisational effectiveness through change management and continuous improvement of HR practices.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology or a related field.
• Proven experience in HR Business Partnering, employee relations, performance management and workforce planning.
• Strong knowledge of talent management practices, including succession planning and career development.
• Experience partnering with business leaders to drive engagement, organisational effectiveness and change initiatives.
