People Services Advisor – Middle East (6‑month FTC)

About the role

Join Deliveroo’s People team in Dubai as a People Services Advisor on a 6‑month fixed‑term contract. You’ll provide first‑line HR support and manage employee lifecycle processes for staff in the UAE and Kuwait, ensuring a smooth experience and compliance with local labour laws.

Key responsibilities

• Act as primary point of contact for regional HR enquiries, handling tickets and escalating where needed.
• Manage onboarding, off‑boarding, contract administration, visa support and core data changes in Workday.
• Partner with immigration providers to process visa applications, renewals and quota submissions.
• Maintain compliance with UAE and Kuwait labour legislation and company policies.
• Identify and implement process improvements, leveraging technology and analytics.

Required profile

• Proven experience in HR administration or People Services, preferably in the UAE.
• Strong knowledge of UAE Labour Law (MOHRE) and hands‑on experience with regional visa and sponsorship processes.
• Experience using Workday or a similar enterprise HRIS.
• Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail and ability to prioritize multiple queries.
• Fluent written and verbal English; Arabic a plus.
