People Technology Analyst

About the role

We are seeking a People Technology Analyst to support and enable our HR and related business applications. The role ensures smooth operation, user adoption, and continuous improvement of people technology systems through end‑user support, issue resolution, and data‑driven insights.

Key responsibilities

• Provide first‑line support to users of HR and business applications, resolving issues promptly and escalating when necessary.
• Investigate, analyze, and document application issues, tracking them with IT and system teams.
• Gather and document system requirements from business stakeholders for enhancements and new functionalities.
• Support testing activities by preparing test scenarios, executing functional tests, and validating changes before deployment.
• Extract, analyze, and interpret system data using queries to identify trends and improvement opportunities.
• Develop and maintain dashboards and reporting solutions that deliver actionable insights for management.
• Create and maintain clear documentation, user guides, process flows, and training materials, including video tutorials.
• Collaborate with IT, HR, and other functions to implement system changes and drive continuous enhancement.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related discipline, or equivalent experience.
• Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in similar HR technology roles.
