Personal Banking Advisor

About the role

Emirates NBD is seeking Personal Banking Advisors to provide financial guidance, advise customers on suitable products and services, and support their banking needs. The role combines achieving sales targets with delivering excellent customer service.

Key responsibilities

• Achieve individual sales targets and contribute to branch goals across loans, credit cards, CASA and liabilities.
• Identify new payroll company and customer acquisition opportunities.
• Cross‑sell products to increase market share and participate in acquisition events.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.
• Ensure compliance with internal policies, regulatory requirements and industry standards.
• Maintain accurate records, attend compliance training and audits.
• Stay up‑to‑date on personal banking products and provide expert advice.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance or related field.
• Strong knowledge of personal banking products and services.
• High level interpersonal skills with excellent spoken and written English; Arabic is an advantage.
