Personal Banking Service Advisor – Dubai

About the role

Emirates Islamic is seeking a Personal Banking Service Advisor to deliver exceptional customer service at its Dubai branch. You will be the first point of contact for clients, handling transactions, resolving queries and promoting the bank’s product portfolio while ensuring compliance with all regulatory requirements.

Key responsibilities

• Provide high‑quality customer service and address inquiries efficiently.
• Process account openings, maintenance, fund transfers, cheque services and other transactions.
• Assist customers with digital banking enrollment and self‑service channels.
• Identify customer needs and cross‑sell relevant products such as accounts, cards, deposits, loans and insurance.
• Handle complaints and service issues, ensuring timely resolution.
• Maintain accuracy and compliance in all documentation and transactions.
• Support branch sales and service targets through effective engagement.
• Adhere to AML, KYC and internal control requirements.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Banking or a related field.
• 1‑3 years of experience in banking, customer service, sales or branch operations (fresh graduates with strong orientation are welcome).
• Strong communication, relationship‑building and problem‑solving abilities.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Familiarity with banking systems.
