Personal PR & Executive Assistant

About the role

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Personal PR & Executive Assistant to support our CEO directly. This hybrid role blends executive assistance with personal branding, public relations, and strategic communications, ensuring the CEO’s professional image is consistently strong across all channels.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute the CEO’s personal branding strategy across LinkedIn and other professional platforms.
• Create, schedule, and publish content such as posts, articles, speeches, and announcements.
• Coordinate photography, videography, and other content production for events and public appearances.
• Monitor media coverage, industry trends, and identify opportunities to boost visibility.
• Manage PR opportunities including speaking engagements, podcasts, interviews, and networking events.
• Draft and review public communications, presentations, and key messages on behalf of the CEO.
• Maintain the CEO’s calendar, arrange travel, and prepare briefing documents and meeting minutes.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Proven experience in public relations, personal branding, executive assistance, or a similar hybrid role.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both Arabic and English.
• Strong organizational abilities with a high level of discretion and confidentiality.
