About the role
A busy executive is looking for a Personal Secretary to support day-to-day personal and professional tasks. The role covers managing schedules, coordinating travel and handling correspondence with discretion and attention to detail, going beyond traditional office work by anticipating needs and serving as a trusted point of contact for personal and business matters.
Key responsibilities
- Manage personal and professional schedules
- Handle confidential correspondence and communications
- Coordinate travel arrangements and errands
- Organize documents, files and records
- Support event planning and daily logistics
Required profile
- 0-1 years of experience as a personal assistant or secretary
- Strong discretion and confidentiality
- Excellent interpersonal and time-management skills
- Flexible, service-oriented mindset
