Personal Shopping Assistant (Hybrid, Dubai)

About the role

We are seeking a fashion‑passionate, highly organised Personal Shopping Assistant to join Ounass in Dubai. Working in a hybrid setting, you will support Personal Shoppers and ensure seamless after‑sales service, bridging luxury retail operations with exceptional client experiences.

Key responsibilities

• Manage Personal Shopper and client requests, escalations, and after‑sales cases such as order updates, exchanges, returns, and cancellations.
• Coordinate with Warehouse, Customer Service, Outbound, Returns, and Product teams to resolve cases efficiently.
• Monitor order fulfilment for an assigned micro‑team of Personal Shoppers, identifying delays, stock issues, and availability concerns.
• Maintain clear, timely communication with Personal Shoppers regarding client cases.
• Arrange logistical requirements, including tailoring bookings and verification of services against vendor invoices.
• Support client gifting, appeasement, and other personalised service needs.
• Assist with special client requests, including shop‑on‑behalf services, product sourcing, Maison appointments, and item transfers.
• Help Personal Shoppers prepare product selections and bespoke recommendations.
