Physical Education Teacher (Maternity Cover) – June Start

About the role

Aldar Education is seeking a Physical Education Teacher to cover a maternity leave at Mamoura British Academy, starting in June 2026. The role involves delivering high‑quality PE lessons to mixed‑gender classes up to Year 9 and to girls only from Year 10, fostering a lifelong love of sport and active living.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and deliver engaging PE lessons across all age groups, covering netball, football, swimming and other activities.
• Assess and record students’ development, providing constructive feedback.
• Collaborate with fellow teachers to align lessons with the British curriculum.
• Communicate effectively with parents to support student well‑being and academic outcomes.
• Act as a form tutor, addressing pastoral needs and promoting a positive school environment.
• Work flexibly with curriculum support staff and contribute to school‑wide initiatives.
