Placement Executive - Medical and Life

About the role

We are recruiting a Placement Executive – Medical and Life to join our team in Dubai. The role supports placement and renewal of insurance policies by coordinating with insurers, negotiating terms, and ensuring timely delivery of quotes and market feedback.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the placement and renewal process from market submission through to binding.
• Engage with insurers to negotiate pricing, coverage, and policy terms.
• Prepare and review market submissions to ensure accuracy and completeness.
• Follow‑up with insurers to obtain timely quotations and underwriting decisions.
• Compare insurer terms and provide placement recommendations based on coverage, pricing, and market competitiveness.
• Coordinate with Client Executives to understand client requirements and placement strategy.
• Maintain strong relationships with insurers to improve market access and service levels.
• Monitor renewal timelines and proactively identify placement risks or delays.

Required profile

• UAE national with a Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance or a related field.
• Fresh graduate or early‑career candidate with strong communication skills in Arabic and English.
• Detail‑oriented with a genuine interest in delivering excellent service and comfortable working with numbers and data.
• Proficient in Excel and able to work collaboratively within a team.
