Planning Engineer – RTA Approved

About the role

The Planning Engineer – RTA approved will support engineering consultancy for infrastructural projects in Dubai, ensuring that project plans, schedules, and resources meet Road and Transport Authority (RTA) requirements and standards.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and update project schedules using planning tools such as Primavera and MS Project.
• Monitor progress, identify delays, risks, and changes, and coordinate corrective actions with multidisciplinary teams.
• Analyze performance data, produce regular reports and forecasts, and advise on resource allocation and production planning.
• Maintain accurate project documentation and contribute to continuous improvement of planning and control processes.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a Planning Engineer in engineering consultancy, preferably on transportation or infrastructure projects.
• RTA approval or eligibility for RTA approval as a Planning Engineer in Dubai.
• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related discipline; advanced certifications in project planning or control are a plus.
• Strong analytical and communication skills for collaborating with internal teams, clients, and regulatory stakeholders.
