Planning Section Head – Arabic Speaker – Immediate Joiner

About the role

The Planning Section Head will lead planning activities for luxury villa projects, ensuring schedules are accurate and aligned with project goals. Immediate joiners or candidates with short notice periods are preferred.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain baseline programmes, monitor progress, and perform critical path and delay analysis.
• Coordinate planning engineers across multiple work packages and produce regular project reports.
• Create recovery plans, manage resource allocation, and conduct earned value analysis.
• Ensure compliance with contractual programme requirements and support project controls.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
• Minimum 10 years of experience in construction planning and project controls, specifically in villa or luxury residential projects.
• Proven ability to manage planning teams and coordinate activities across multiple projects.

Required skills

• Strong proficiency in Primavera P6 and project scheduling.
• Expertise in baseline programme development, progress monitoring, critical path analysis, delay analysis, and recovery planning.
• Knowledge of resource allocation, earned value analysis, and contractual programme requirements.
