PMC Logistics Lead - ADNOC Offshore Project

About the role

The PMC Logistics Lead plans, coordinates and manages all logistics activities for the ADNOC Offshore project on behalf of ADNOC as PMC. The role ensures the safe, efficient and cost-effective movement of materials, equipment and personnel between fabrication yards, ports and offshore sites, in line with ADNOC standards, HSE requirements and project schedules.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement the Project Logistics Execution Plan (PLEP) for offshore and onshore logistics, and coordinate marine logistics including vessels, barges, PSV, AHTS, crew boats and heavy-lift transport
• Plan material flow from vendors, fabrication yards, ports and offshore locations, aligned with the project schedule and construction sequence
• Review and approve EPC contractors' logistics plans, monitor their performance and resolve logistics issues affecting offshore execution
• Coordinate load-out, sea fastening, transportation and offshore installation support, and review marine assurance documentation
• Oversee materials management, storage, preservation and tracking, including critical and long-lead items and laydown areas
• Ensure compliance with ADNOC HSE MS, marine safety standards and offshore regulations, and support incident investigations
• Monitor logistics costs, prepare progress reports, KPIs and dashboards, and interface with Construction, Engineering, Procurement, QA/QC and HSE teams

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Logistics, Supply Chain or a related discipline
• Minimum 15-20 years of experience in logistics management for offshore oil and gas projects
• Strong experience in PMC or EPC roles on major offshore developments; ADNOC offshore project experience preferred
• Professional certification in logistics or supply chain management is an advantage

Required skills

• Extensive experience with marine logistics, offshore campaigns and heavy-lift operations
• Logistics planning and coordination, PMC oversight and contractor management
