PMC Specialist Digitalization Engineer

About the role

The Specialist Digitalization Engineer leads all digitalisation initiatives within a PMC organisation supporting offshore oil & gas and renewable energy projects. You will drive the adoption of digital tools and data‑driven processes to enhance project delivery and support the energy transition.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute the digitalisation strategy for offshore and renewable projects.
• Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams to implement digital tools, data integration and analytics solutions.
• Identify and champion innovative technologies that improve efficiency, safety and sustainability.
• Oversee the deployment of digital platforms and ensure alignment with project objectives.
• Provide guidance and training to staff on new digital processes.

Required profile

• Engineering background with experience in oil & gas or renewable energy sectors.
• Proven track record in leading digital transformation initiatives.
• Strong analytical mindset and ability to work in multicultural environments.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management skills.
