PMO Analyst – IT Project Management

About the role

To support the centralized IT Project Management Office, the PMO Analyst will ensure compliance with governance standards, improve delivery processes and provide data‑driven insights through reporting and tool management.

Key responsibilities

• Review projects for compliance with PMO policies, stage‑gate processes and conduct health checks.
• Support Project Managers in adopting PMO processes, risk and issue management, lessons learned and corrective actions.
• Administer the PMO tool (Asana), including configuration, user access, templates, workflows and training.
• Develop and maintain dashboards and reports covering portfolio status, risks, resources, milestones and KPIs using Excel and Power BI.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of PMO frameworks, templates and reporting standards.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of experience in a PMO or Project Analyst role within IT.
• Strong understanding of Agile, Waterfall and Hybrid project management methodologies.
• Hands‑on experience with Asana for reporting and portfolio management.
• Proven experience in project compliance reviews, risk management and process support.
• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Business or a related field; PMP/PRINCE2/P3O certification is a plus.
