PMO Analyst – Project Management & AI – Dubai

About the role

The PMO Analyst will support project and portfolio management across Al Futtaim Group’s Dubai operations, combining strong PMO expertise with data‑analytics and emerging AI capabilities to drive insight‑based decision‑making.

Key responsibilities

• Support project planning, tracking, reporting and governance for the entire portfolio.
• Maintain project plans, milestones, action trackers and Power BI/Excel dashboards.
• Monitor progress against scope, schedule, budget and KPIs; prepare regular executive status reports.
• Facilitate governance meetings, steering committees and portfolio reviews, ensuring timely resolution of risks, issues and dependencies.
• Analyse project data to identify trends, performance gaps and improvement opportunities.
• Develop and maintain KPIs, forecasting models and scenario analyses.
• Identify, prototype and implement AI‑enabled tools to automate reporting, risk identification and documentation.
• Continuously improve PMO processes, templates and workflows to increase efficiency and maturity.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline.
• Analytical and data‑driven mindset with strong business acumen.
• Proactive, results‑oriented approach and excellent stakeholder management.
• Attention to detail and strong communication and presentation skills.
