Pool Maintenance Supervisor – 5-Star Luxury Hotel

About the role

We are seeking a Pool Maintenance Supervisor to lead the daily upkeep of the pool facilities at a prestigious 5‑star luxury hotel on the Red Sea. The role ensures the pool environment meets the highest standards of safety, cleanliness and guest satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate daily pool maintenance activities, including cleaning, chemical treatment and equipment upkeep.
• Conduct regular water quality testing and adjust chemical levels to comply with health and safety standards.
• Manage a team of maintenance staff – scheduling, training, performance evaluations and day‑to‑day guidance.
• Perform routine inspections of pool areas and equipment, promptly addressing any issues.
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance actions, chemical usage and incident reports.
• Develop and implement preventive maintenance plans to extend equipment lifespan.
• Ensure full compliance with all relevant health, safety and environmental regulations.
• Respond professionally to guest inquiries and complaints regarding pool facilities.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a Pool Maintenance Supervisor, preferably in a luxury hotel or resort setting.
• Strong knowledge of pool water chemistry, filtration systems and maintenance procedures.
• Ability to lead, motivate and develop a maintenance team.
• Excellent organizational, record‑keeping and problem‑solving skills.
• Familiarity with health and safety regulations related to pool operations.
• Relevant certifications in pool maintenance or water treatment are preferred.
• Must be currently residing in the UAE.
