PR, Communications and Social Media Manager

About the role

NAFFCO is seeking an experienced, strategic, and execution‑driven professional to lead public relations, corporate communications, and social media activities across the Group. The role combines strategic planning with hands‑on execution to build brand visibility and support business objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement an annual PR and communications strategy, including calendars for announcements, product launches, exhibitions and industry events.
• Build and maintain relationships with local, regional and international media, prepare press releases, manage media inquiries and coordinate interview opportunities.
• Create and manage the annual social media strategy and content calendar across LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, YouTube and other platforms, overseeing content creation, publishing and performance reporting.
• Plan, execute and optimise paid social media advertising campaigns, managing budgets, targeting and performance measurement.
• Produce corporate communication materials such as leadership messages, speeches, newsletters and internal communications, ensuring consistent tone and brand alignment.
• Coordinate annual campaign execution with internal teams and external agencies, preparing briefs, timelines and monitoring progress.
• Establish KPIs, track media coverage, social media metrics and campaign results, and prepare regular performance reports.

• Strategic thinker who can translate annual communication plans into actionable monthly and quarterly execution plans.
