PR & Communications Manager – Middle East & Africa

About the role

The PR & Communications Manager will support Accor's Premium, Midscale & Economy (PME) division across the Middle East, Africa and Türkiye. Reporting to the MEA PR Director and working closely with senior leadership, you will help shape the brand narrative, strengthen stakeholder engagement and ensure consistent, purpose‑led communication.

Key responsibilities

• Assist the MEA PR Director in executing the regional communications strategy while maintaining global brand consistency.
• Coordinate with regional agencies and internal teams to produce press releases, executive speeches, talking points and LinkedIn content.
• Update Asana for alignment, reporting and project tracking across the region.
• Collaborate with the Internal Communications Lead to launch campaigns that boost employee engagement and cultural alignment.
• Prepare briefing documents, Q&As and PowerPoint presentations for internal and external audiences.

Required profile

• Minimum 4 years of experience in public relations or corporate communications, preferably within hospitality or a related sector.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Ability to translate business information into clear, compelling narratives for diverse audiences.
