Premium Off‑Plan Specialist – Russian/British Speaker

About the role

The Premium Off‑Plan Specialist will sell premium off‑plan properties to Russian‑speaking clients, guiding them through the entire sales cycle from initial inquiry to contract signing and post‑sale follow‑up. The position is full‑time, on‑site in Abu Dhabi and requires immediate availability.

Key responsibilities

• Prospect, qualify, and nurture leads, conducting property viewings and presentations.
• Explain payment plans, project details, and investment opportunities while maintaining accurate records in CRM systems.
• Collaborate with sales, marketing, and listing teams to align on campaigns, pricing, and inventory.
• Stay updated on market trends, developer offerings, and regulatory requirements to meet sales targets.

Required profile

• Strong off‑plan real‑estate sales and negotiation experience, preferably with premium properties.
• Fluency in Russian and English (British‑accent preferred) with excellent client communication and presentation skills.
• Knowledge of UAE real‑estate market dynamics, especially in Abu Dhabi and Dubai.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Real Estate, Marketing or equivalent professional experience.

Required skills

• Proficiency with CRM systems for lead management and reporting.
• Competence in basic office software (e.g., Microsoft Office).
