Portals Listing Coordinator

About the role

We are seeking a detail‑oriented and highly organized Portals Listing Coordinator to join our dynamic real estate team in Abu Dhabi. The role involves managing property listings across multiple portals, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and efficiency.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and manage property listings in the CRM and dedicated portals
• Maintain and update property details, descriptions, and photos
• Ensure all listing documentation is completed accurately and complies with legal requirements
• Coordinate photography, videography, and virtual tours for new listings
• Track listing performance and provide reports to the team
• Support real estate agents with listing‑related administrative tasks

Required profile

• Previous experience in real estate administration or a similar role preferred
• Strong organizational and time‑management skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
• High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
• Knowledge of real estate laws, contracts, and compliance requirements is a plus
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
