Pricing Analyst

About the role

Network International is seeking a highly analytical Pricing Analyst to support data‑driven decision‑making across its acquiring payment business in Dubai. The role focuses on optimizing revenue performance and profitability by analysing merchant portfolios, transaction data and pricing models.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor internal and third‑party fee adjustments and assess their technical and revenue impact.
• Support system change requests, conduct testing and ensure cost and revenue assurance.
• Create and maintain net‑revenue calculation models, dashboards and pricing governance frameworks.
• Extract, synthesize and analyse large data sets from multiple sources to generate market insights and competitor analysis.
• Act as the primary contact for technical and non‑technical pricing queries and assist with month‑end activities.
• Lead commercial aspects of tender documentation, negotiations, contract renewals and new income‑generating opportunities.

Required profile

• 2+ years experience in the card payment industry, including knowledge of scheme fees and interchange.
• 3‑5 years of relevant experience in banking, financial services or fintech.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving and organisational skills with the ability to work independently under tight deadlines.

Required skills

• Advanced Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, macros, complex formulas).
• SQL proficiency.
• Python programming.
• DAX and Power BI.
• Microsoft PowerPoint for presentation creation.
