Pricing Analyst

About the role

Join the pricing team responsible for managing the entire cargo network pricing and offer management to achieve Etihad Cargo's revenue plan.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement seasonal pricing strategies for the region in coordination with the commercial team.
• Set prices by flow, rate type, customer and product, and identify tactical pricing promotions.
• Create and evaluate offer portfolios for assigned routes, taking corrective actions as needed.
• Governance and performance tracking of prices and capacity allocations, supporting regional commercial teams.
• Conduct research and analysis to highlight opportunities and risks using internal and external data.
• Evaluate spot rates, optimize contribution, and monitor route performance and load factors.
• Construct pricing proposals for global tenders and guide commercial negotiations.
• Collaborate in cross‑functional groups for new product launches, strategic initiatives and system enhancements.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree.
• At least two years of revenue management or related analytical experience.
• Strong communication and decision‑making abilities.
• Highly numerate and comfortable with complex systems.
