Pricing Manager – Regional Pricing Strategy (Dubai)

About the role

Chart Industries is seeking an experienced Pricing Manager to lead regional pricing strategies across the AMIA region from its Dubai office. The role focuses on driving margin improvement, sustainable growth, and supporting commercial teams with analytics and governance.

Key responsibilities

• Deploy and continuously improve pricing models, tools and methodologies.
• Drive pricing governance aligned to margin targets and growth objectives.
• Perform advanced analytics including segmentation, regression modelling and win/loss analysis.
• Support sales and proposals teams with pricing strategy and deal structuring.
• Develop and maintain regional price books for parts, services and aftermarket offerings.
• Analyse product portfolio to identify localisation versus import opportunities and build business cases.
• Collaborate with global pricing, product groups, supply chain, engineering and regional business units.
• Monitor pricing KPIs, competitor pricing, market dynamics and customer behaviour trends.
• Manage pricing deviations, approvals and escalation processes.
• Drive pricing capability through training, mentoring and development of regional teams.

Required profile

• Degree in Business, Engineering or Finance.
• At least 10 years of experience in pricing strategy, analytics and commercial decision‑making.
• Experience in parts pricing, aftermarket or industrial equipment environments.
• Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills.
• Clear communication and presentation capability.
