About the role
GEMS Wellington Silicon Oasis, a GEMS Education school in Dubai, is looking for an outstanding Primary EYFS Teacher to join its team from January 2027. The school describes itself as fully inclusive, highly regarded by inspectors and focused on the wellbeing of staff and students, with face-to-face interviews in the UK in late October.
Required profile
- BEd or Bachelor's degree with PGCE / PGDE or equivalent
- Proven experience teaching in the Primary phase
- Strong understanding of the Primary curriculum and age-appropriate pedagogy
- Willingness to collaborate and share practice, with a growth mindset and reflective, resilient approach
- Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work with colleagues, students and parents
- Commitment to inclusive learning and to the school's extra-curricular and community activities
