About the role
The American Gulf School is seeking a dedicated Primary Teacher to join its vibrant community in Sharjah. The successful candidate will deliver engaging, technology‑enhanced lessons that foster academic excellence and inspire young learners.
Key responsibilities
- Plan and deliver curriculum-aligned lessons for primary grades.
- Integrate appropriate educational technology to support learning objectives.
- Maintain open communication with students, parents, and colleagues.
- Assess student progress and provide constructive feedback.
- Contribute to a collaborative school environment and extracurricular activities.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Primary Education (Master’s preferred).
- Minimum of 2 years teaching experience, preferably in an American or IB setting.
- Native‑level English proficiency or IELTS 8.0+.
- Strong commitment to student development and school values.
Required skills
- Proficiency in using educational technology tools.
