Principal – Energy Consulting Lead (Dubai)

About the role

Following a recent merger between FGE and NexantECA, the combined firm is expanding its consulting department in Dubai. The Principal will lead sales and consulting engagements across the energy, refining, and chemical sectors, driving revenue and client relationships throughout the EMEA region.

Key responsibilities

• Own the full sales cycle from lead generation to contract close, delivering proposals and high‑value consulting, subscription, and report revenue.
• Maintain and grow relationships with senior managers and executives in petrochemical, energy, and chemical companies.
• Identify, qualify, and develop new business opportunities, targeting operating companies, banks, private equity firms, and licensing entities.
• Lead feasibility studies, due‑diligence engagements, supply‑demand‑trade analyses, and technology assessments.
• Manage project teams of junior and mid‑level consultants to ensure timely, profitable delivery.
• Collaborate with senior management to shape and expand NexantECA’s regional and global presence.

Required profile

• Significant experience in the petrochemical industry or a top‑tier management consultancy.
• Strong leadership and project‑management capabilities.
• Proven ability to interact with senior industry executives and generate consulting revenue.
• Excellent analytical and problem‑solving skills.
