Principal Integration & Test Technician

About the role

The Principal Integration & Test Technician is responsible for integrating payload systems on UAVs, conducting ground tests, and supporting flight‑test preparation and execution. The role involves hands‑on work in a high‑security environment, collaborating closely with engineers and senior technicians.

Key responsibilities

• Integrate payload systems into UAVs, including mounting, wiring, and configuration.
• Conduct ground testing of payloads, sensors, avionics and communication systems.
• Support flight‑test preparation and execution, ensuring all systems are operational.
• Operate and monitor test equipment, troubleshoot issues, and maintain test setups.
• Follow safety protocols, document integration and test activities, and ensure regulatory compliance.

Required profile

• High school diploma or equivalent; vocational training in mechanical technology preferred.
• Minimum 4 years of experience in integration and testing of UAV systems.
• Strong attention to detail, ability to follow instructions and work effectively in a team.
• Problem‑solving skills for troubleshooting fabrication or system issues.
