Principal Package Management Specialist

About the role

The Principal Package Management Specialist leads the end‑to‑end delivery of project packages, ensuring they are completed on budget, on schedule, and in compliance with QHSES and project requirements.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver packages (purchase orders and sub‑contracts) within budget, schedule and QHSES standards.
• Maintain regular dialogue with the Project Management Team, providing accurate status updates and long‑term outlooks.
• Identify risks and opportunities, develop mitigation plans and secure stakeholder buy‑in.
• Track package cost, commitments, changes and forecasts, aligning with Project Controls.
• Coordinate with suppliers, engineering, supply chain, construction, commissioning and client representatives to achieve package goals.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Supply Chain Management or related field.
• 8‑12 years of experience in engineering, project/package management or manufacturing.
• Strong knowledge of EPCI phases and commercial contracts.
• Proactive attitude toward risk, quality, safety, budget and schedule.
• Willingness to travel and work on‑site at various locations.
