About the role
This off‑cycle internship (3‑6 months) offers hands‑on experience in Barclays Private Bank and Wealth Management in Dubai, supporting senior colleagues with research, client interaction, and product development.
Key responsibilities
- Execute small research projects and prepare presentations for senior management.
- Support strategic decision‑making, client onboarding, and credit due‑diligence.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams on business initiatives and new product launches.
- Manage client relationships, respond to product queries, and process transactions under decreasing supervision.
Required profile
- Penultimate or final year university student in any discipline.
- Fluent English; Arabic desirable.
- Interest in business and finance with strong analytical curiosity.
Required skills
- Financial analysis and modelling.
- Preparation of presentations and memoranda.
