Private Chef (Female) - Chef de Partie

About the role

A private household in Dubai is looking for a skilled and experienced female Private Chef, Chef de Partie, who can independently prepare high-quality meals for family members. The role covers all meal periods, including breakfast, lunch, dinner, snacks and desserts.

Key responsibilities

• Independently prepare and present daily meals according to family preferences and dietary requirements.
• Prepare a variety of Arabic and European dishes to a high standard.
• Plan and prepare menus for all meal periods, including breakfast, lunch, dinner, snacks and desserts.
• Prepare homemade desserts, pastries and sweet dishes as required.
• Maintain high standards of food quality, presentation, hygiene and cleanliness.
• Manage food preparation, storage and kitchen organisation efficiently.
• Monitor ingredients and communicate grocery and kitchen needs.
• Adapt menus and dishes to family preferences, occasions and dietary requirements.
• Keep the kitchen clean, organised and compliant with food safety and hygiene standards.

Required profile

• Previous experience as a Chef or Chef de Partie in a private household, luxury hotel or fine-dining environment.
• Strong knowledge of Arabic and European cuisine.
• Ability to work independently and adapt to the family's requirements.
• Flexible, discreet, well-organized and professional; female candidates are preferred.

Required skills

• Good knowledge of all meal periods and dessert preparation.
• Strong attention to detail and high standards of food presentation.
• Good understanding of food safety and hygiene practices.
