Private Chef - Hindi Speaker (Al Ain)

About the role

A respected Emirati family based in Al Ain is looking for an experienced Private Chef to manage daily meal preparation for the household. The ideal candidate speaks Hindi, has prior UAE experience and is well versed in Emirati local cuisine. The role calls for flexibility, professionalism and prior experience working in private households.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare daily meals according to the family's preferences, with a strong focus on Emirati local dishes.
• Plan menus in coordination with the family, taking into account dietary needs, cultural preferences and special occasions.
• Handle food preparation for family events and gatherings when required.
• Maintain high standards of hygiene, cleanliness and food safety in the kitchen at all times.
• Manage kitchen inventory, grocery planning and proper storage of food items.
• Coordinate with household staff (helpers/drivers) when required.
• Ensure timely meal preparation, including during family travel if needed.

Required profile

• Hindi speaking (mandatory).
• Proven experience as a Private Chef in the UAE.
• Prior experience working with Emirati families or private households.
• Good personal hygiene, grooming and professional attitude.
• Flexible with working hours and household requirements.
• Willing to work in Al Ain.
