Private Family Personal Assistant - Dubai

About the role

A private family based in Jumeirah Bay Island, Dubai, is looking for a highly organized and experienced Personal Assistant to provide professional day-to-day support. The successful candidate will work in a hybrid arrangement between the family residence and remotely, managing multiple responsibilities with discretion and professionalism.

Key responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive personal and administrative support to the private family.
• Coordinate daily schedules, appointments and personal commitments.
• Manage multiple tasks efficiently while meeting priorities.
• Handle confidential matters with professionalism and discretion.
• Communicate with internal and external stakeholders when required.
• Support the smooth coordination of day-to-day household and personal activities.

Required profile

• Solid previous experience as a Personal Assistant.
• Experience supporting a private family or high-net-worth individual is preferred.
• Willingness to work a six-day work week with one day off.
• Valid driving licence is an advantage.
