About the role
Alutal for Aluminium and Glass LLC is seeking a PRO-HR professional to lead recruitment, employee relations, HR administration and compliance documentation. The role involves end‑to‑end visa processing, coordination of medical tests, Emirates ID issuance and labour card management, as well as liaison with government authorities.
Key responsibilities
- Manage full‑cycle recruitment and onboarding for the organisation.
- Process employee visas, coordinate medical examinations, Emirates ID and labour card applications through MOHRE and GDRFA.
- Maintain HR documentation, ensure compliance with local labour laws and company policies.
- Handle employee relations issues and provide general HR administrative support.
Required profile
- Minimum 1 year of HR experience, preferably in recruitment and employee relations.
- Strong knowledge of UAE visa procedures, MOHRE and GDRFA requirements.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills.
Required skills
- Visa processing (MOHRE, GDRFA, medical tests, Emirates ID, labour cards).
- HR administration and documentation compliance.
