Process Management Analyst (UAE National)

About the role

Join MBRF, one of the world’s largest food companies, and help shape its Integrated Management System across GCC factories and MENA logistics. You will coordinate document control, support compliance initiatives and ensure alignment with corporate governance and audit requirements.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate and maintain the Integrated Management System (IMS) across factories and logistics sites.
• Manage the full lifecycle of normative documents, including review, approval, publication, distribution and archiving.
• Monitor document review cycles, ensure timely updates and communicate revisions to stakeholders.
• Support SOX controls, certification requirements and audit preparation, handling auditor requests and corrective actions.
• Track contract validity for logistics providers and warehouses, maintaining proper documentation for governance and audit purposes.
• Prepare reports, dashboards and presentations for management review.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Technical, Natural Sciences or related field.
• 1‑2 years of experience in Integrated Management Systems, compliance, internal controls, governance or audit coordination.
• Fluent English; Arabic is an advantage.

Required skills

• Advanced Microsoft Excel.
• Advanced Microsoft PowerPoint.
• Experience with SharePoint or other document‑management platforms.
