Process Operator

About the role

The Process Operator supports inbound bulk ingredient unloading and mill‑room batching at a consumer‑goods manufacturing facility. You will ensure smooth material flow, accurate documentation, and product quality while working in a fast‑paced production environment.

Key responsibilities

• Unload trucks and rail cars, perform inventory movements and record them.
• Complete all shift documentation for quality and compliance.
• Obtain ingredient samples and bin measurements.
• Maintain accurate records of QC checks, production numbers and waste performance.
• Perform standard quality checks and ensure materials are replenished on time.
• Keep the work area safe and clean, adhering to PPE requirements.
• Communicate with team members to resolve material or schedule issues.
• Execute other duties as assigned.

Required profile

• At least 18 years old with a high school diploma or GED.
• Willingness to work varying shifts and schedules.
• 3+ years of manufacturing experience operating various machines (preferred).
• 2+ years of experience in a manufacturing, technical or trade discipline.
• Working knowledge of food safety practices.
• Basic computer experience and understanding of inventory control principles.
