Processor – Central Operations (UAE Only)

About the role

The Processor – Central Operations role validates and processes operational transactions, supports internal business units and branches, and ensures compliance with regulatory requirements, internal controls, and operating procedures.

Key responsibilities

• Validate and process operational transactions in line with approved policies and service standards.
• Provide operational support to branches and internal business units, handling account identification, closure, and cheque return activities.
• Maintain compliance with internal procedures, controls, and regulatory requirements.
• Perform reconciliations, maintain accurate operational records, and support UAT for process enhancements.
• Monitor operational controls, resolve day‑to‑day issues, and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.

Required profile

• Higher Secondary Education or equivalent with a minimum of 4 years’ experience in banking operations or transaction processing.
• Strong understanding of banking operations, controls, compliance requirements and excellent analytical, problem‑solving and stakeholder‑management skills.
