About the role

The unit ensures the accurate, timely and controlled processing of escrow and related banking transactions, supporting reliable operational delivery across the organization. It keeps transaction records, documentation and system data accurate and compliant with internal controls, governance standards and regulatory requirements, and helps minimize processing errors and operational risk.

Key responsibilities

• Accurately process escrow transactions and enter the required information into core banking and escrow management systems.
• File, maintain and archive transaction records in line with internal controls and audit requirements.
• Review transaction documentation and promptly identify and escalate discrepancies, missing information or processing exceptions.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in BPM and other operational systems.
• Follow procedures and controls, support audit reviews and provide the required transaction documentation.

Required profile

• Minimum 1 year of experience in banking operations or transaction processing.
• Understanding of banking transaction-processing procedures, controls and documentation requirements.
• Strong accuracy and attention to detail, with good organizational, communication, problem-solving and ownership skills.

Required skills

• Exposure to core banking or payment platforms such as Finacle or Flexcube is preferred.
