Procurement (Arabic)

About the role

The Procurement (Arabic) specialist will manage end‑to‑end procurement for facilities management services, materials and contracts within a hospital environment. The role ensures cost‑effective sourcing, regulatory compliance and uninterrupted operations while supporting engineering, clinical and FM teams.

Key responsibilities

• Source and procure FM services including MEP, HVAC, soft services, waste management, utilities and annual maintenance contracts (AMC).
• Prepare RFQs/RFPs, evaluate bids, negotiate terms and finalize contracts.
• Monitor vendor performance, service level agreements, key performance indicators and manage contract renewals.
• Maintain inventory levels for consumables, tools and spare parts required for facilities management.
• Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations (DHA/DOH/MOHAP) and safety standards.
• Maintain accurate procurement records, reports and audit‑ready documentation.
• Provide timely procurement support to FM, engineering and clinical teams.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, Engineering or a related field.
• 5–7 years of procurement experience in healthcare or facilities management.
• Strong knowledge of FM categories and AMC management.
• Professional certification such as CIPS or CPSM preferred.

Required skills

• Proficiency with ERP systems – SAP, Oracle or Microsoft Dynamics.
