Procurement Executive – IT Hardware & Products

About the role

The company is expanding its IT hardware procurement vertical and seeks a Procurement Executive to manage sourcing and procurement of computers, networking equipment, CCTV and related products for operations in Dubai, Singapore, Hong Kong and India. The role involves end‑to‑end purchasing, supplier onboarding and coordination with logistics teams.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end‑to‑end procurement of IT hardware, printers, scanners, routers, CCTV and other electronic products.
• Identify, evaluate and onboard reliable suppliers and manufacturers, especially in China and other international markets.
• Negotiate pricing, payment terms, delivery schedules, quality standards and other commercial terms.
• Coordinate with stockists, distributors, logistics and internal teams to ensure timely delivery and compliance with specifications.
• Maintain procurement records, purchase orders, vendor documentation and pricing data.
• Track market trends, product availability and pricing fluctuations.
• Support international customer requirements, including US clients, and work closely with shipping teams.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Procurement, Business Administration or related field.
• 3–4 years of procurement experience, preferably in IT hardware/electronics.
• Strong understanding of IT products such as computers, printers, scanners, routers, CCTV and networking equipment.
• Experience in international sourcing, especially from China, and handling US customer requirements.
• Excellent vendor identification, negotiation and relationship‑management skills.
• Good knowledge of logistics, shipping and international trade processes.
