Procurement & Logistics Specialist – Healthcare (Fixed‑Term)

About the role

Emirates Group is seeking a Procurement & Logistics Specialist for its Healthcare division on a 24‑month fixed‑term contract. You will work in a fast‑paced, multicultural environment, supporting the development and execution of contract management strategies for a portfolio of healthcare suppliers.

Key responsibilities

• Independently manage an assigned procurement category, ensuring business needs and corporate interests are met.
• Develop and maintain a comprehensive supplier database for the category.
• Support business units in dispute resolution, spend analysis, and performance reporting.
• Establish and run a supplier relationship management program, addressing performance issues proactively.
• Ensure supplier compliance with Emirates Group safety, security, quality, and regulatory standards.
• Manage end‑to‑end contract management processes in line with company policies.
• Prepare and share monthly contract and performance reports with stakeholders.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree.
• 5+ years of experience in procurement or contract management.
• Proven track record in supplier relationship management and negotiation.
• Strong analytical capability and commercial judgement.
