Procurement Manager – Aviation & Corporate

About the role

The Procurement Manager will lead end‑to‑end sourcing for an airline’s operational, commercial and corporate functions. The role ensures compliance with internal governance, cost‑control frameworks and aviation contractual standards while driving supplier performance and cross‑functional alignment.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute sourcing strategies for categories such as ground handling, catering, inflight products, logistics and crew uniforms.
• Conduct market research, price comparisons and competitive sourcing (RFP, RFQ) in line with budget constraints and governance policies.
• Collaborate with Legal and Finance to draft, review and manage vendor contracts, track renewals and lead renegotiations.
• Monitor vendor compliance through SLAs and KPIs, oversee onboarding, and address performance deviations.
• Lead offer evaluations, validate financial documentation and support cost‑saving initiatives with dashboards.
• Prepare monthly procurement reports and ensure adherence to aviation audit standards.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Aviation Management or related field.
• 5‑7 years of procurement experience, preferably in aviation, hospitality or other supply‑chain‑intensive environments.
• Proven ability to manage multiple vendors and categories across fast‑paced, multi‑station operations.
• Strong analytical, financial and commercial evaluation capabilities.
