Procurement Manager – Aviation & Corporate Services

About the role

The Procurement Manager will lead end‑to‑end sourcing for an airline, covering operational, commercial and corporate needs. You will ensure compliance with governance, drive cost‑saving initiatives and maintain strong supplier relationships across multiple stations.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute sourcing strategies for categories such as ground handling, catering, inflight products and logistics.
• Conduct market research, price comparisons and use competitive sourcing methods (RFP, RFQ) while adhering to internal policies.
• Collaborate with Legal and Finance on contracts, track renewals and manage renegotiations to avoid service disruptions.
• Monitor vendor performance through SLAs and KPIs, address deviations and oversee onboarding processes.
• Lead offer evaluations, validate financial documentation and maintain dashboards for procurement savings.
• Manage sourcing for crew uniforms, coordinate logistics lifecycle and support operational teams.
• Prepare monthly procurement reports and ensure compliance with aviation audit standards.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Aviation Management or a related field.
• 5‑7 years of procurement experience, preferably in aviation, hospitality or a supply‑chain‑intensive environment.
• Strong knowledge of contracting, negotiation, logistics and procurement governance.
• Proven ability to manage multiple vendors and categories in a fast‑paced, multi‑station setting.
• Excellent analytical, financial and commercial evaluation capabilities.
