Procurement Manager – Indirect Services & Vehicle Operations

About the role

The Procurement Manager will own and manage indirect services categories for Geely and Zeekr, covering marketing, IT, logistics, after‑sales and other business services. The role combines strategic sourcing with hands‑on execution, including vehicle operations management.

Key responsibilities

• Own and manage indirect services procurement categories (marketing, IT, logistics, after‑sales, etc.).
• Lead end‑to‑end sourcing and tender processes (RFP/RFQ/RFI) from requirement definition to contract negotiation.
• Build and maintain relationships with a diverse supplier base, ensuring performance and continuous improvement.
• Provide commercial advice to internal stakeholders and deliver cost‑optimisation solutions.
• Establish and improve procurement processes, governance and compliance standards.
• Support cross‑functional projects from a procurement and commercial perspective.
• Oversee vehicle operations, including registration, insurance, servicing, maintenance and incident management.
• Manage vehicle asset lifecycle, tracking, auditing, transfers and disposal in line with financial and legal requirements.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Marketing or a related discipline.
• 5‑10 years of experience in procurement, sourcing or category management, preferably in indirect services.
• Proven ability to lead full sourcing cycles and negotiate contracts.
• Strong commercial acumen with a track record of cost optimisation.
• Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment.
