Procurement Manager – Zabeel House The Greens

About the role

Jumeirah is seeking a Procurement Manager to lead sourcing and supplier activities for Zabeel House The Greens, a vibrant hospitality property in Dubai. The role focuses on developing procurement strategies that support business objectives, optimise spend, and contribute to EBITDA improvements.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement procurement strategies aligned with budgets and business goals.
• Lead sourcing, tendering (RFP/RFQ), and supplier selection processes.
• Ensure competitive bidding, transparency, and compliance across all procurement activities.
• Identify cost‑saving opportunities and optimise overall spend.
• Manage procurement budgets, track savings versus forecasts, and support EBITDA targets.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business Administration or a related field.
• 5‑8+ years of procurement experience, preferably within hospitality or a corporate environment.
• Strong background in sourcing, contract negotiation and supplier management.
• Familiarity with ERP/procurement systems such as Oracle or SAP.
