Procurement Officer - Corporate Gifting & Packaging

About the role

Noha Selections, a Dubai-based premium corporate gifting company, is looking for a proactive, detail-oriented Procurement Officer with strong knowledge of the UAE supplier market. The role covers sourcing products independently, identifying reliable suppliers, negotiating prices and managing procurement from enquiry through delivery. It is a full-time, on-site position in Uptown Mirdif, Dubai.

Key responsibilities

• Source corporate gifts, promotional products, packaging materials and customised merchandise from local and international suppliers.
• Identify new suppliers across Dubai, Sharjah, Ajman and other UAE markets.
• Obtain and negotiate supplier quotations to secure the best purchasing costs.
• Prepare Excel costing sheets, supplier comparisons and procurement reports.
• Coordinate product samples, mockups, branding, customisation and production with suppliers.
• Monitor order progress, quality standards and delivery deadlines.
• Maintain supplier databases, quotations and procurement records.
• Update Zoho Books, record purchase transactions and help prepare invoices.
• Work with the Sales team to provide timely procurement support and handle enquiries and sourcing assignments independently.

Required profile

• Previous procurement experience in Dubai/UAE is essential.
• Strong knowledge of UAE wholesale markets, suppliers and sourcing channels.
• Excellent negotiation and supplier relationship management skills.
• Experience in corporate gifting, promotional merchandise, printing, branding or packaging is highly preferred.
• Ability to work independently, prioritise urgent tasks and meet deadlines.

Required skills

• Advanced Microsoft Excel, especially costing sheets and supplier comparisons.
• Zoho Books (an advantage).
• Strong communication, organisation and time-management skills.
